Lindsey Stinson is a third-generation landman and the owner of Pacer Energy, a Wyoming-based land services firm supporting energy, infrastructure and natural resource development throughout the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions. She has led Pacer since 2018, bringing more than two decades of experience to the company's strategy, operations and client relationships.

Under Lindsey's leadership, Pacer has managed title, leasing, acquisition, due diligence and landowner engagement programs involving thousands of ownership interests and hundreds of thousands of acres across the western and central United States. The firm serves projects in oil and gas, pipelines, carbon capture and sequestration, power and utilities, renewable energy, mining and data center development.

Lindsey directs teams across complex, multi-state assignments and works closely with clients, legal counsel and project leadership on significant land and development decisions. Her experience combines a detailed understanding of title and ownership with the operational judgment needed to manage resources, guide negotiations and address challenges that affect project schedules. She places a strong emphasis on clear communication, accountability and long-term relationships with clients and landowners.

Before leading Pacer Energy, Lindsey founded and operated DKS Land Services from 2012 to 2018, building on a decade of experience as an independent landman from 2002 to 2012.

Joseph "Joe" Tessaro helped shape Pacer Energy through his leadership, integrity, and nearly two decades of Rocky Mountain land experience. He worked as an independent landman from 2007 to 2013 before founding Tessaro Energy Consultants. In 2018, he and Lindsey Stinson acquired Pacer Energy, building a partnership grounded in shared values and pride in their profession.

To Lindsey and the Pacer team, Joe was more than a business partner and colleague; he was family. His larger-than-life personality, contagious laughter, and quick wit were matched by his work ethic and care for others. His knowledge and ability to connect with people earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike.

Above all, Joe was a devoted husband to Amy and a proud father to Leah. They were his world, and he never missed an opportunity to share his pride in them.
